Ferments du Futur is a vibrant ecosystem with 38 members: companies, higher education and research establishments, interprofessions, technical institutes, trade unions and competitiveness clusters. Bringing together players from the world of research and innovation, of different sizes and sectors of activity, the members of Ferments du Futur cover the entire food value chain, in other words “from Farm to Fork”.

Their shared objective is to accelerate research and innovation in ferments, fermented foods and biopreservation, thereby promoting healthy, sustainable eating.
