That’s a wrap on the 3rd edition of our annual call for projects!
The time has come to review the third Ferments du Futur research call for projects, which greatly involved our team, the scientific council, and the entire strategic steering committee during the first half of 2025.
- 18 letters of intent received
- 10 exploratory projects shortlisted
- 6 winning projects selected
In total, €1.5M allocated to a diverse panel of 14 teams representing 18 French research institutions.Â
The selected topics cover a wide range of areas, including:
- Solid-state fermentation and sensors
- Microbial ecology and mathematical modeling
- Consumer perception
